MISS KITTY WOULDN'T
WAIT TO BE RESCUED
Raising
an 85-foot aerial ladder to the top of a palm tree, firemen of Truck
27 are shown as they tried to rescue Miss Kitty who had been living
in the tree at 739 South Ogden Drive for a week
But as
the ladder neared, Kitty leaped 55 feet to the lawn and raced
away. The dotted l-i-n-e shows path of the feline's leap and
escape. Miss Kitty could not climb down the palm because of
the close-matted fronds. |
